PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our Lapista Gıda pistachio production facility is located in the Organized Industrial Zone of the Nizip district of Gaziantep. Our facility, with a total area of ​​11,000 m² and a 3,000 m² indoor area, has been operating since 2019.

 

OUTER SHELL CRACKING LINE:

In our pistachio shell cracking line, in-shell pistachios are separated from their hard outer shells and processed into whole pistachios.

 

LASER LINE:

Our pistachios, imported from abroad, are separated into kernels in our outer shell cracking line. Our pistachios are then processed into clean products by using specialized cameras and compressors in our AI-powered machines to remove any foreign matter. After the foreign matter removal process, our products are then sorted by outer shell color for quality classification.

 

FINAL INSPECTION AND MANUAL SORTING LINE:

In this line, our products are meticulously inspected on the conveyor belt using laser machines to separate foreign matter and color. Unwanted foreign matter and other contaminants are identified and removed by our personnel.

 

INDUSTRIAL LINE:

This line handles the industrial processing of pistachios. We have machines capable of chopping, slicing, or pulverizing pistachios.

 

PISTACHIO KERNELS ROASTING LINE:

We roast pistachio kernels or industrial products in our roasting oven using heat treatment to achieve the desired moisture content, in accordance with customer specifications.

 

VACUUM PACKAGING LINE:

Completed products are vacuum-packaged to maintain their moisture and freshness, extend storage, and maintain desired shelf life. They are then boxed.
